  • The key wellbeing practices that reduce stress, burnout and improve team culture

  • Putting your oxygen mask on first; You can only help others if you help yourself first

  • To improve means that you can’t stay the same, this requires change for you first then your team

  • The science of breathing on our emotional state and what impact does this have?

  • Breathing practices that improve decision making and communication under pressure

  • Understanding the direct link between sleep hygiene and burnout. Develop practices and routines that will improve sleep and reduce burnout
