The Change Room Programs are designed to provide support towards a better way of living by giving people the tools to manage their physical and mental wellbeing, and new strategies to navigate the challenges of uncertainty and stress.
Delivered in fun and interactive formats, The Change Room Programs are available through face-to-face immersive events, within the workplace, or via our online platform including live webinars and on-demand content, allowing participants to manage their health and wellbeing from the comfort of home.
Due to COVID-19, our face-to-face programs have been postponed and we are currently running two programs online:

6-Week Recovery Program - for people recovering from injury
