NSW Health Mid North Coast LHD Wellness Week

Sydney Metro

In October 2021 we had the pleasure of presenting to the team at Sydney Metro as part of October- Mental Health Month. Our founder Matthew Elliott presented on emotional capacity, self-awareness, impacts of emotions on health, and thinking and feeling in a better way.

We were excited to be able to share The Change Room’s evidence-informed, easy to implement tools to support Sydney Metro’s leaders and empower employees to take control of their individual and collective wellbeing.

NSW Health – Mid North Coast

The Change Room was grateful for the opportunity to work with NSW Health across the Mid North Coast throughout November. The Change Room Mentors Mark Hughes, Nam Baldwin, Dr Ali Walker and Jeff Hardy provided short online sessions to help inspire the front-line workers as they lead into the end of the year, giving them a much-needed boost in their highly demanding roles.

Hunter Water

As part of our Corporate Wellbeing Program, we are delivering a number of presentations to Hunter Water this week. Mark Hughes visited Hunter Water’s Tomago EMM Depot and delivered his inspirational presentation to 50 field staff as part of their Toolbox Talks to wrap up 2021.

NSW Office of Sport

We presented to the Office of Sport fortnightly team meeting In August. Our mentor Ali Walker conducted an online presentation titled “Building Resilience Through Connection”.

Led by the Chief Executive of the NSW Office of Sport, Karen Jones, over 100 staff attended and interacted with Ali, learning about connection types, strategies to use to enhance connection through lockdown and tips for managers and leaders when connecting with their teams in this online world of work.

The Chamberlain Group

The Chamberlain Group in Gosford approached us to do a presentation in May 2021 to inspire their team of senior leaders and upcoming team leaders. Andrew Ryan, who is one of our corporate mentors, spoke to the group about his journey through football, finding purpose, leadership, routine and what it takes to lead a successful team. The group went on to enjoy a night at the football at the Central Coast.

Shane McParland Manufacturing Manager mentioned“Thanks so much Natarsha and Andrew for a truly fantastic afternoon. The presentations you guys delivered were outstanding and hearing Andrew speak about his journey on becoming an NRL player and his life after football and everything in between was so inspiring and my team were still pumped this morning about the afternoon they had with you both.”
