I first attended The Change Room in July 2019. I went as a sceptic, to be honest. I left thinking completely differently! Since injuring myself years ago, my sleep was previously terrible, I would get minimal sleep each night and was known to spend the off night with no sleep at all. Now if I am up by 6 am (I have NEVER been a morning person), I am asleep at a decent hour, and I sleep every night! I have lost over 40 kg now, from a size 22 to a size 10! I walk 10 km most days. I am so glad I did it and I can not thank all the team at The Change Room enough.
