Overall I feel like this has been the perfect time to do this course and I feel like it will contribute so much to making the change I need to help me transition from being a Police Officer to finding my new path. I hope all the mentors and staff know how much you all positively affect people in this program. I have struggled with PTSD for 5 years now and it has only been in the last year that I have found programs that have actually helped me move forward. The Change Room has just come and such a great time that I am able to take everything in and feel ready to change my life and mindset and you all really make that feel accessible, comfortable, possible and achievable. I would encourage people to sign up. I enjoy the interaction with you all also in the webinars. It makes me feel involved not just like a spectator.

I first attended The Change Room in July 2019. I went as a sceptic, to be honest. I left thinking completely differently! Since injuring myself years ago, my sleep was previously terrible, I would get minimal sleep each night and was known to spend the off night with no sleep at all. Now if I am up by 6 am (I have NEVER been a morning person), I am asleep at a decent hour, and I sleep every night! I have lost over 40 kg now, from a size 22 to a size 10! I walk 10 km most days. I am so glad I did it and I can not thank all the team at The Change Room enough.
