Claire has been with The Change Room from the very beginning and has been a key part of its growth and success. She brings a huge amount of energy, work capacity and passion to her varied role which can best be described as ‘bringing The Change Room to life’.


Claire leverages 10 years of customer service experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, to ensure The Change Room delivers quality programs that are always effective, and enjoyable and produce amazing life-changing outcomes for everyone involved. Claire is also a certified Pilates Instructor who loves inspiring people to improve their lives through safe and suitable forms of movement.

Claire believes in making first impressions count whether it be through exceptional participant engagement, business development or facilitating stakeholder learning and development.
